Structural calculations, specialist reports, application & submission fees, site surveys, detailed design, construction drawings (optional).

Principal Designer Normally Excluded

1 Only Building Control related items only.

3 Standard cover is £250,000.

How To Engage Us

A process designed to help your practice.

Instruct

You instruct us to proceed and send us your plans and any other information in DWG, RVT or PDF.

Retainer

We take an initial payment equal to 40% of the final fee, which we hold on account and draw-down at our standard hourly rate.

Production

We produce the documentation you need in the format you require. This varies depending on your requirement.

Approval

We issue watermarked versions of your documents via a shared drive to varify during the process.

Payments

We invoice every 30 days based on progress or the full final amount due, whichever comes sooner.

Completion

We recieve the final payment and issue the final details via a shared drive, ready for you to take the next step.

We Talk Your Language

Our go-to software is the industry leading Building Information Modelling software Revit, and can therefore provide you with RVT files if you need it. If your practice uses AutoCAD, not a problem. Our details have all been developed in Revit as a starting point, it's easier to go back than forward so we export all of our details to a DWG format, and top-and-tail them so they work perfectly in any version of AutoCAD.


We can adopt your CAD standards or use any of your pre-existing templates to make the process as simple as possible.

Yes. If you can guarantee a level of spend per calender month then we'd be happy to talk to you about an individual discount level, higher than that already provided.

We moved away from CAD as our primary tool back in 2018, following the necessity to provide BIM for larger schemes. Revit is more complex, but saves time in the longterm
